Eliminating deserts will only lead to overindulgence when you finally give in.Treat yourself once in a while but don’t overdo it and you can still lose weight but not with diet myths.
Myth # 2:Don’t worry about dieting,.. just exercise
Fact: Exercising alone isn’t enough
You in all probability will not be able to work out enough to burn off a high calorie meal. For instance , if you a 1000 calorie meal you would have to walk ïfor four hours, mostpeople  don’t have that much free time. To lose weight effectively you will have to cut your every day calorie consumption along with a good exercise program but remain on your diet.

Fact: You need to weigh yourself regularly
You really need to weigh yourself on a regular basis in order to keep an acurate measurement of your progress with your diet.. you should weigh yourself at least once a week. weighing yourself shouldn’t be seen as penalization, just a way of keeping track of your progress. If you don’t have a scale at home, go to the MD or to your local gym, keeping an eye on your weight will help you lose weight in the long run on your diet.
Myth # 4: Don’t eat at night
Fact: Calories don’t know what time it is
What is important is how many calories you consume , diet not what time you eat them. Some of the best dieters allow a certain amout of their calorie budget for late night meals, as long as you stay within your set amount of calories per day,  eating at night or any other time of day will not ruin your diet.

If you take in consume more calories than your body burns in a day you will gain weight, if you eat less than your body burns, you will lose weight on your diet, it really is that uncomplicated. If you are a person who likes to snack ,then set aside a certain amout of your daily calorie budget for your favorite snacks. Remember it is really all about how many calories you eat on your diet.
